    Who am I?

    I am a certified Yoga Instructor with over 200 hours of training in Goa, India, and advanced studies in Rishikesh and the Himalayas. I hold a 64-hour Yin Yoga certification and integrate traditional yoga, meditation, and restorative practices into my teaching. With 20 years of professional ballet and contemporary dance experience, and 7 years of teaching, I bring both technical depth and fluidity to my classes. My work focuses on helping students to release stress, restore balance, and strengthen self-trust. Meet me on the mat and let magic happen ✨
